"Dog’s Best is a good place to take your pet. However they now have a new policy, you are required to give them a credit card number so they can charge you if you forget the appointment and forget to call them. My personal experience, my dog got sick. I called them twice the day before to cancel, no body return my calls, I drive to the shop to be sure they received my messages, nobody was there. If they had my credit card number they probably would have charge me. Bad customer service, would not trust them with my card number."
"Not only has Kyle done an amazing job with our puppies over many visits, he is kind, easy to engage with, and the kids love to see his “cool van”. After learning that we recently lost a puppy, he offered an act of kindness that nearly brought my wife and I to tears. As long as we have dogs in the Pearland area, we will be calling Kyle for grooming services."
