"Initially a good experience, but no trash cans absolutely impossible to get somebody to help you with anything and ultimately when I went to use the washing machine it ruined my clothes and I was told I would get a full refund. However, the receptionist lied to me and brought me six dollars and said she would wash my clothes. They were already ruined and said she had talked to the manager and I would get a full refund.. However, after contacting Priceline, she lied to Priceline and said that she never. So best of luck with that"

"Clean rooms are a plus. Poor execution of services. Phone did not work, TV did not work, had one cup for two people for coffee and 2 creamers and two sugars. Breakfast was very poor and uninviting. Once again for just a clean room I feel we didn't get our money's worth. Worst Hampton inn I've ever stayed at."

"The worst bed I’ve ever slept on. I was in so much pain the entire trip to Houston. I was considering going to the emergency room because of the amount of pain I was suffering with through my whole body. Other guests were smoking marijuana. Whoever they are using for renovations is doing a messy and unsafe job. There were crowbars just left in the middle of the hallways. And the hotel was extremely cold in the common areas. My room didn’t get cleaned."

"Do not stay here! Hotel under construction very dirty. Reserved two rooms got key both rooms had not been cleaned from last guests. Rooms have been remodeled but furniture has not been it is way past its life in terrible condition beds are awful!!! Breakfast yogurt was spoiled! "Listen I just stayed two nights at this wonderful hotel. But, before I get started this was my true opinion about this particular hotel and the two days I stayed there. The first day I walked in the hotel smelled good.The staff that was on duty was very professional doing my check in. My room was ready and I went straight up to the second floor room 219 walked in and the room was so clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was clean and fresh also. So as my day went on a notice that every shift that was on very courteous. The staff, housekeeping, and even the breakfast lady was all kind and very professional. During my stay I felt safe and taken care of which made my stay there very comfortable. By the way, I slept so good there and the air conditioning was blowing perfect. Now this is my experience when I stayed there, But I was shock when I read others that gave this hotel a bad rating. My stay was great there and I hope they keep up the good work."
