"We were on the 3rd(top)floor and the water pressure was horrible. It was a little more than a dribble only because it had a little pressure. The breakfast was better than nothing, but the egg was some kind of flat fried egg. Overall the breakfast had other options and it was a good breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again."
"Our family made accommodations with Sleep Inn to celebrate our mother's 8Oth Birthday. Their rooms were inviting, clean, and comfortable. Their beds are so cozy, like being enveloped in a cloud. We enjoyed fellowship over a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book another stay and recommend Sleep Inn to my friends, family and colleagues."
"I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, I discovered a bed bug on the pillow during my stay. When I reported it to the overnight front desk person, Teresa, she was helpful and able to move me to a new room right away. In the morning, I spoke to the assistant manager, and they denied it was a bed bug despite clear evidence. She even laughed at the idea that it could be a bed bug. Her response was unprofessional, and it left me with a sense of unease throughout my stay. I asked for access to a high heat machine to ensure I didn't bring any bedbugs/eggs back home with me, but I was denied. Now I'm probably going to have to throw away everything that can't be properly washed. I would caution anyone considering this hotel due to management's poor handling of this situation."
