"All the employees recognize me and speak. Everyone is friendly and the store is impeccably clean. I rate it a 4 due to cost. Man, are they high. But, the service and selection makes it worth it."
"I have had horrible experiences ordering from this location using DoorDash. I have received spoiled produce and meat a few times now. The most recent example are these steaks (filet mignon) that I ordered yesterday. They are already brown/gray with an off color and sticky film. I don’t understand how something like this was sold."
"My husband & I went to Randall's because they have the eggnog he likes, & we haven't been able to find it at Kroger where we normally shop, or anywhere else in Pearland. When we got to the register, I told the girl who waited on us that Randall's was the only place we've been able to find the eggnog. She just looked at me & never said a word. She asked my husband if he had a Randall's card, but she talked so low, we could barely hear her. After she finished checking us out, she never said thank you or anything. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because they had the eggnog we went in there for. As for the girl who waited on us, she doesn't deserve even 1 star."
"Pharmacy is the worst. Placed order for refill on a Friday and system confirmation said it would be ready Saturday afternoon. It is now TUESDAY and the pharmacist makes a lame excuse about work load. I have now been without a critical medication for 4 days and it looks like it won't get done today either. Get a new pharmacist or get her some staff. This is not the 1st time this has happened but it will be the last. I'm switching to another Pharmacy."
"Randalls is a high end grocery store. It has pretty much everything. Most are large and have a deli and some are so big they have a Starbucks like this one. I actually came here to go to the Quest Diagnostics located inside near the pharmacy. The ladies at Quest were so friendly and helpful I was overjoyed. Had to get cholesterol checked lol. I highly recommend this location of Randall’s and Quest Diagnostics. I hadn’t eaten so I stopped by the deli and had a fresh roasted chicken plate with sides. Reasonably priced but really goooood!"
