"Well I was very surprised with the serviceand the room. We checked in the ad said $95 we paid over $160. We got to our room. No television. We had to change rooms ,they didn't offer to help drag all our luggage no help at all. The reason we are here is I'm 65 years old and having total hip replacement in the morning. Walking very slowly with a cane. So we go have dinner and we get back ,they give us keys to new room. Wouldn't you know it key wouldn't work,our old room still had items in it the front desk said our old room key would still work so ok no problem. Yes problem old key didn't work as well. Oops go in new room ready to shower and relax. Nope all necked in the shower after giving it a couple minutes to warm up. Oh hell no. Cold shower. The maintenance man came and he explained some cartridges probably need changing and it takes a long time as if I care just do it and start now if it takes a long time. Well the nice young lady and she was trying to make the best of a bad situation told me she would give a 20 percent discount. Oh boy $26 Dollars. A cold shower is not my idea of a good evening. I wouldn't take a cold shower for Paris Hilton for $26 bucks"
"Attended a fundraising dinner. The food was good. The space that was set up for the VIP reception was way too small for the number of people who had purchased entrance."
"I reserved a room here. It was easy,customer service was excellent,friendly & I was accommodated per requested to the 1st floor. Rooms were very clean. My future stays will be here. I highly recommend."
"Wish we could have stayed the night after a very lovely event at this location. Everything was clean except the parking lot. Very spacious facilities and lovely decor. Staff was friendly and hospitable. The servers were also very quick, there was no dragging throughout the event and they made sure that if we lacked anything they accommodated us with smiles. Will be back."
"if you are planning to stay here, just be aware that your room will not be cleaned unless you ask for them to clean it. i was surprised by this policy given that this is a hilton hotel! aside from that most of the staff at front desk are not friendly. they are not giving a good first impression for this hotel!"
