"Mixed customer service but usually fine."

"I'm usually not one to complain or post negative posts online, but I experienced the absolute worst customer service in my adult life at the Pearland Texas Tractor Supply store. I placed an order at approximately 11am on a Saturday morning for two small items to be delivered using their "Same day" delivery service. They offer same day delivery on most items as long as the order is placed by 2 pm. At around 5pm I had not received my delivery and the order was still showing as being processed online. I called the store to inquire about the status of my order and the woman who answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about claiming she "had just got to work" and asked me to hold while she checked with her manager. After a 7 minute hold she came back and said there would be no deliveries from them on Saturday or Sunday because their usual "delivery guy" called out sick for the weekend. Mmmyeah...ok. She advised she would have a manager call me back. I never received a call back. In fact nobody bothered to call me all day to let me know this order was never going to show up while I waited all day. Ultimately I decided to drive the 30 minutes to the store to get my items in person but half way there I get a call from someone at another Tractor Supply store saying he is on the way with my order. Apparently the Pearland store realized how badly they dropped the ball and contacted another store to fulfill the order. So I turned around and drove back home to meet the delivery guy and finally got my items. The ONLY reason I'm giving two stars is because they did attempt to cover up their screw up by having another store deliver my items. I think in the future I will just order from the other store because Pearland has problems. Pearland is more convenient to me but they have really poor customer service. Honestly, I have had other issues here before with customer service. The employees all seem miserable especially on the weekends. They seem to have a mentality of saying "it's not my job"....because it happens every time. Do better Pearland."

"They are selling live ducklings and live chicks. Got good deals on winter caps and shoes. We got winter caps for 1$ as they are in clearance sale. They are selling live ducklings and live chicks. They are selling animal supplies, toys and foods. There is so much stuff backside of the store. You can go from the back door and get that stuff. The staff is really good. Dog food, cat food and other foods available at good prices. We also bought backyard garden stuff."

"It was a long drive to get here, but the service was well worth it. Their military discount and friendly employees won me over. I will definitely shop here again."

"This store popped up out of nowhere. I'm glad it did though, besides the supply chain issues store and staff is great, and at a convenient location now. Gotta love it."
