"Henry was kind and patient. Answered on a boiling hot Saturday afternoon and came out that day for a repair. He walked me through possible solutions to fix the issue. When those didn’t work, he came out promptly and told me what I needed to do with Oncor. Showed me the problem and the repair. When Oncor came to my house to cut the power, he talked to the electrician to determine the severity of the issue. After the repair was done, I had trouble getting Oncor back out to restore power. He called them himself to explain I was recovering from cancer treatment and couldn’t be in the heat. He answered all my questions about what was this/that. I recently lost my father and didn’t know anything really about the outside parts. All the other electric folk I called wanted $400 to just come out and nobody would until the next day. I am so grateful to Henry for being honest and kind. The price was extremely fair. Henry cares. My fire hazard picture attached!"
