"If I could give it a 0 I would, my mom just went on Friday for an oil change and I check it on Monday and the oil is on minimum, I an not sure If they didn't put all that it takes or what. Have called them and they are not taking my call idk if I should drive all the way up there."

"I wouldn't even trust them for an oil change!I paid $320 to get my transmission leak fixed that was 2 days ago. And it's still leaking. If they can't fix a simple leak I can't trust them with anything else. They told me to take it back to the shop but I don't think I will do it because they may make it worse. If this is Hurst best shop I don't want to know what the other shops are like in Hurst"

"This shop is so awesome. Omar is such a stand up guy. They completely overhauled my entire front end suspension, new pads and rotors, alignment and 2 new tires. All within 3 days and gave me a loaner to drive. I went with my gut because I didn't know where to take my suv and chose them because of their reviews and am glad I did and will use them again if I ever need it. Thank you Omar! I really appreciate u and ur guys for getting me back in the road and safely!"

"I had an alternator and a battery go out. The alternator was replaced by Hurst Best Auto. The service was good, cost was reasonable and fair. They delivered what was promised. The next day after driving it around the car would not start and I was stranded. I had to have a towed to their shop. They went above and beyond to be available after hours to coordinate this then diagnose and repaired it the next day. It was a battery terminal connection issue. They kindly did the repair at no cost. This was quality customer service. I felt like a valued customer. Omar was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them again. I felt I could trust Omar, the work and the shop. Trust with an auto mechanic shop is very important and often hard to achieve. Luckily I found a good one."
