"I like to support small local businesses, but when I'm sold a dishwasher that lasts only five years and later find out that there was a known issue with the model, but it was sold to me anyway, I won't give them any repeat business. And if I recall correctly, there was also an issue with a delivery from them. Sighhhh. Off to a big box store for my next dishwasher."

"It all started with a service call to try to fix my old dryer to no avail, but Darryl suggested I go here and talk to Larry about a new dryer. The next day, my mom and I did go and talk to Larry and he was really patient with us (mom had a lot of questions) and really, the flat fee for delivery, haul away, and dryer kit is great considering it would be over $100 anywhere else. Thank you."
