"I came in to get an oil change, fluids changed, and tires rotated. I show up to my appointment 5 minutes prior yet i say in my car for 20 minutes waiting for some assistance. I was told I would be helped by some man, forgot his name, and that was it. Everyone who arrived at the same time as me or after all got helped and seated in the lobby while I sat in my car. After 20 minutes I just left. I'd rather support a cheaper and friendlier mom & pop shop. I feel as though I was not taken as seriously since I am a young woman yet I came to get full service."
