"I came in because I thought my battery was almost dead, but wasn’t sure if it may also be something else. Within 30 minutes, the guys had me diagnosed, had a brand new battery delivered and installed, and sent me on my way. Everyone was personable and efficient, but also didn’t try to upswell me on unnecessary items. As a woman going into a mechanic, I always worry. Highly recommend this location and these techs!"
"So where to begin: I went in for a top off since my last oil change. I left, all was supposed to be good until I pulled off the freeway 30 miles later to my car up in smoke. Apparently they forgot to put the oil cap back on. Oil went everywhere... even inside the coolant container (which they left open also.) I called Jiffy Lube and was told to bring it in- they'd clean it up, flush the coolant and refill the fluids. That didn't happen. I'm the one that had it towed from Dallas to Hurst- not them. About 3 hours later (5pm) when they called to tell me it was ready, I was so excited. I asked them to do an inspection and even said I would pay for it. He said no worries. I pulled up at 5:45pm to an engine that was partly cleaned. The insulation under the hood is still dripping oil and the engine still smokes horribly. They didn't do the best job. They didn't flush the coolant and they didn't even do an oil change. They did an inspection, which the guy kept saying "we didn't charge you for any of this." Of course you didn't, because you jacked my car up. Yall weren't doing me a favor. I am now scared to drive my car, because they didn't flush the coolant although all my workers and everyone that pulled over saw the oil in the coolant container. The worker wasn't the manager. I never heard from the manager. I haven't decided what I am going to do when I get back from vacation. We had to take my kid's vehicle because no one felt comfortable driving in mine now. I'd avoid this place. They don't make things right when they mess up."
