"We moved a few years ago and immediately had problems with HVAC. Two repair companies made several repair and diagnostic visits, but problems persisted and Ashford was the third repair service I had out to look at the same unit. Well they too could not get the heat going, and when the guys returned for a closer look they discovered that six of the eight safety mechanisms had previously been disabled! Not only was this unit not blowing heat, but it was a giant safety hazard running in my house for two years! Apparently the prior repair services missed all the signs, or ignored them and didn’t bother to let me know about the dangerous situation sitting above my kid’s bedrooms. So thankful Jake and his great service techs came out when they did. Replaced the unit and even helped me work with my insurance company. Can’t say enough good things about Ashford Mechanical!"
