"What a great experience! We had to take one of our 4 legged family members late on a Sunday. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful! They presented different options and included what each would cost. We were impressed with the time spent from arrival to completion and the cost was less than we had anticipated. I hope we do not need to visit them again under similar circumstances; however, if we do, I am confident that they will provide the same great service!"

"We had to euthanize our Doodle, Moose last night and it was our first time having to do that. It was late and this clinic was recommended by our Vet. It was a great experience from start to finish, given the circumstance. Our vet called ahead so when we got there the room was already prepped. The staff was welcoming and comforting. They explained every step of the process, they let us have our time, and were comforting when it came time to let him go. Not a great circumstance but we definitely recommend this clinic if you have to make that decision!"

"Amazing from the start! I called ahead and provided information and had a room ready for me when I got there. The doctors give you a notice of the wait times (severity of cases does play a factor in who gets treated first) and was told it would be a 2-4 hour wait(ended up being around 2 hours). I was fine waiting that and the vet techs came into the room anytime I would press the call button. When the doctor was finally ready to see my pet I got a detailed outline stating how much both options would cost. We wanted to avoid the surgery route at all costs and the doctors warned me there was a slim chance based on history of the foreign body passing and surgery may be necessary. My dog turned out to be in the small percentage group and was able to flush the object. The doctors give 2 courtesy calls a day and also answered my calls to check in on him each time I called. Thank you Dr. Stafford and Dr. Vera! They were both very knowledgeable and I am happy with my experience with them. I was given a tour of where my dog would be during his stay overnight and was very happy the vet techs sent me pictures of my dog. As I was discharging my pet there were 2 different families who came in and their dogs were immediately taken back based on what they communicated to help get them started on treatments. Will be coming back if anything ever happens again!"

"I've unfortunately had to use Frisco Emergency Pet Care more times than I'd like to admit. Most recently they helped save my dog from a bad case of bacterial pneumonia. I felt he was in the best hands possible and loved that they followed up with me every day on his progress literally like clock work at 6am and 6pm. They were also accommodating when I would call to check in on him. The bill reflected the amount of care given and life-saving measures taken. I appreciate them, no matter the cost. Saving my boy was worth every penny!"
