"I have been living at Pavilion around 5 years and must say the new management working wonderfully and taking extra measures for all residents to treat them equally and treating all in very well manner. Very well improvement compared to past ones. Many thanks to Tina and her team for great support. Hats off to hard working maintenance staff. Best support from management office as well. I am seeing great improvements and I hope and wish to continue with that."
"Worst management. Please avoid. Maintenance broke the wall in the bathroom telling they need pipe replacement. Two week from now guess what happenen. I have a broken bathroom i can’t use. I waited few days after two weeks passed in case they come and fix. Nope. I feel like i’m living in a tent. Today went to management and explained situation and guess what? Nobody came. My refrigerator isn’t working for two weeks now. I told management it’s emergency two times and nobody cares. About elevators? I don’t even want to talk about. Be ready to use stairs"

"Pros, it’s close to the expressway, has a decent gym and ok amenities. Cons, you places work-order to get something worked in the apartment and it takes forever for it to get resolved, elevators constantly out of order and takes what seems like a eternity for it to get fixed. Special shout out to Cesar and Stephan, they are the best and always very helpful unlike some of the office personnel that seem like you are bothering them when you come to them with a issue or concern."
