"Our experience at the Milieu has been very poor. The quality of the building has deteriorated meaningfully over the last two years since the previous manager left (focus your research on the most recent reviews and will see a similar fact pattern). Most notably, Management has been unresponsive to acute safety issues at the building - neighbor terrorizing residents on 13th floor, resident at adjacent building throwing eggs, onions and tomatoes at Milieu residents on the dog run (making it unusable), man who broke into the building and followed a female resident into the elevator. I could go on further…do not live here and repeat our mistake. We are moving early due to these safety issues and other residents are starting to do the same."

"Milieu is a beautiful building with a welcoming environment! The staff is extremely polite. Roof-deck has a great view, and the amenities are top notch! Additionally to this, the location is great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy apartment in the West Loop!"

"STAY AWAY! Go to landmark or Porte fast. management has been a joke since the manager Jonathan left months ago. 22nd yr olds who don’t have a clue how to run a residence let alone enforce the rules fairly across all residents. (Name is Kevin) a red haired lady continuously lets her dogs walk around the building off leash and one of them attacked my dog. Supposedly, management says they have fined her, but she still does it. Random people sleeping on public furniture at 5am (photo attached) For the price point, it’s not worth it. Landmark 2 blocks away has the same if not better amenities for lower rates."

"Love living at Milieu! It’s been my home sweet home for the past 1 year and I just renewed my lease because I just can’t seem to have enough of it. Yayy!!! What makes the stay here even more amazing is the staff that goes above and beyond to make our stay a splendid experience. Special shout out to Shante who is always cheerful and greets us no matter what time of the day it is. It feels so safe when he’s around. Thank you for doing what you all do!"
