"Amazing location and beautiful setting. Overall good, but it has some flaws too. The bathroom was super cold. The bed had no proper blanket, only a throw was provided. There were coffee sachets but no cup, spoon to mix, very strange. The hanger near the shower had threads of towel hanging...a big mood off...otherwise everything is good for the given price point...infact very good. No in house restaurant though."

"Room is a little outdated, could use some fixing up. Lobby area is very nice. Service was good. Good location close to restaurants. Alarm kept going off very early in the morning! Very annoying!! And the shade on the window is broken! Can’t open it back!"

"Great staff. We got to check in at 2 rather than 4 which was nice. The price was a lot a little bit more than stated when we booked our room. But we had hope in this place, with good reviews, good location, we figured we were getting a steal. Until we came back a few hours later from doing a few things , we got in our room, I literally had just walked in and started to set my stuff down on the desk, when something runs across my foot, i freaked out and my boyfriend started to look for it, thinking it might be a mouse, wrong, DEAD WRONG. it was a cockroach! and not just a small cockroach, ONE OF THE BIGGEST I HAD EVER SEEN. we quickly grabbed our things and went down to the lobby to get a refund, the lady was super kind and walked us through how to get a refund, which we seen in our account fairly quickly."

"My Fiancé and I stayed here for 3 nights and all we can say is that we loved it! The room is so clean housekeeping came every day and even took our garbage out! Staff was very helpful, only thing we didn’t like is how the elevator takes forever but overall this hotel is very close to so many shops walking distance to try new food or overall to go for a walk. Will definitely be coming back."

"I spent a week at this hotel whilst on holiday to Chicago. It proved quite adequate for my needs. Its centralized location on the magnificent mile made it ideal for my plans to visit the major museums in Chicago as well as catch a concert at the symphony. If it was not within walking distance, I could easily take the subway or other transport with ease. There were plenty of good restaurants with walking distance, which is good because the hotel's restaurant (M Avenue) was closed the entire length of my stay. I found it a little odd that the hotel did not have a laundering service, so I walked to a dry cleaner nearby to have my coat cleaned. The building itself is beautiful, and I found it convenient that the elevators went straight to the motor lobby on the ground floor. I should also give a shout-out to the staff. The bathroom was STERILE when I checked in and the rest of my room spotless. The front desk folk were very helpful for whatever I needed. The lobby lounge served as an adequate watering hole for my nightcaps as well. Assuming I get another deal like I had this week, I would certainly stay here again."
