"Living at the villas for the past 2 almost 3 years, the staff of Melissa, Ashley, and the two nice maintenance people are by fair the best this places has seen. When issues arise, they are quick to answer and fix. They are very easy to talk to, and create a nice environment for the tenants. Apartments are nice and clean, with beautiful views."

"2 stars only because of the first year. Six years went by and each year was worse than the last. All comes down to management and owners. 4 different managers in 7 years. 3 different owners. Hot tub hasn't worked in 5 years. They decided to not have a housekeeper for 2 years straight. Trash cans outside were removed due to them not wanting to change the bags. You are told specific things you can put in the inside garbages. Dumpster is a mile away if you live near the pool along with the laundry room and all the "amenities". Carpet in the hallways are thrashed, elevator is thrashed, not enough parking spots I see about 14 people that have to park on the street each day. Even the "renovations", they did a toddler could of came up with better. Purple walls with cell block font for each apartment in the hallways Mixing jail cells with Barney is not the move. The only manager that was good was the first one and she was let go. The other managers are terrible. Sorry."

"Excellent office and maintenance staff. Very friendly and responsive to need. Building is well maintained and clean. Fitness room has everything thing necessary to keep in shape. The pool is crystal clean in the summer. Grounds and ample parking lot well maintained. Nice place to call Home."

"The Villas are cozy apartments with alot of amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive to your needs. I have lived here for 6 years and love it. Tanning bed monitored closely by staff to keep you safe. Coffee bar. The pool and Whirlpool are awesome. Backyard patio for grilling or relaxing around a fire pit. The community room is well maintained with comfortable furniture, TVs, pool table and much more. Great place to call home!"
