"4507 W Washington, Chicago, IL - JR Plaza I checked in here on 1/27/22. I started feeling like I couldn't breath in these rooms. Today is 2/7/22. I feel like my health has gotten worse. It's cold outside. But I have to constantly open the window in this room to get fresh air. I feel like I could faint. I'm dizzy, my chest gets tight. I wake up with my heart racing. Something is setting off my anxiety, because when I leave this room. I feel much better."
"If I could give o stars I would. They offer No senior discount, Roaches were everywhere, Clean it up or SHUt it down, thats a disgrace. Ill be reporting this to BBB and others. No roaches no Bed bugs."
"This place is a convenient place for transient or prem. Stay. It has a bug or 2 but it has maid service and rooms are very affordable parking is along jackson first come first serve I don't know if children can come there with family or not I just know you must wear a mask and it has one of those old-fashioned elevators with the little gate that's not review"
"Confused on the negative reviews. The staff goes above and beyond for their tenants, greeting is always warm and welcome by each and every one of the sweet ladies. I stayed at JR on Jackson for a little over a month awaiting my apartment approval. Not once did I ever see “drug activity” or “dirty hallways”. Rooms are extremely accommodating and spacious - beds are always comfortable and clean. Price is unbeatable and rates NEVER change, 7 days a week they remain the same and very affordable. Air and heat works great. JR will always be my go-to when needed in the future. Really appreciated the hospitality over everything else. Thank you! -Brooke H."
"This place has come much further than expected. The room was clean and modern! Restroom had a toilet issue but we were able to fix it ourselves. Staff were all very nice and helpful."
