"This is the worst hotel I've ever seen or been to in my life. - The beds are terrible and very uncomfortable - They double charged my card. - They (purposefully) don't have anyone working the front desk in the mornings. We left and came back at 10am for the start time, waited 20 minutes, talked to the housekeeper and still no one came to the desk to talk to us. We needed to call multiple times for them to reverse the 2nd charge. There is a reason this will be listed as the most affordable option: it's because its terrible and they WILL try to scam you and charge your card twice. It happened to me and my coworker that were on a work trip."
"I went about over a month ago. It was time to pay deposit and i offered cash. The cash was denied and they wanted me to use card. I used my card and they told me that it will show back on my card within 5-8 business days. We made sure the room was clean and we left on time. I check again they told me that my deposit will be refunded soon. The deposit was a fraction of the amount I paid. Its been a month and I have not received it. This is frustrating, not only because I was denied cash and they were quick to take card but they are holding money from my deposit as well as keeping it a month later and the employees act like its normal and its ok when it is not! VERY MISLEADING."
"BEWARE! Decent location, but it used to be a Hostel for $25 a night, it is now disguised as a mid priced hotel with hidden member fees that bring the cost of 1 night to $150 plus $100 for incidentals. I would not pay $250 to stay at this poorly renovated Hostel when I could walk 1 block to a dozen better hotel options that will cost half as much money."
"I booked a room for mid August but had plans fall through. I called two days before to cancel but couldn’t get ahold of any English speakers for several attempts. Eventually I did find an employee that could help me. Cancelled the room and life moves on for five months when they charged my card $250. I disputed the charge and my credit card company fixed it. I had my card replaced but I still see random failed attempts to bill my old card number. One for $8.95 one for $14.79 etc. this is a shady business and I would never recommend this place to anyone."
