"It's a great hotel. It would be nice if they put a hanger behind the door. Because in winter we definitely need a hanger to hang our coats and jackets."

"Checked in and the room looked nice at first glance but the wallpaper was peeling and badly stapled back up. After about an hour of being in the room a mouse decided to stroll out in the middle of the floor so we packed up and went to the front desk. They were sold out but completely understood why we would leave. I had to book a last minute hotel and uber to it. I called the next morning and spoke to a woman who was super apologetic and assured me that I would get a refund since we hadn't even stayed an hour. I never heard anything back and I've been calling for weeks with no answer (literally forwards the phone call)."

"Where will I start, booking the room we thought it was decent, nice place after about 1hr we saw two mouse in the room. We complained. You would think that you would will get something better, oh no they downgraded us to a room without a fridge and microwave. Overall horrible experience not worth it for the money. I don't think they care about their customers. Just looking for a way to rip ppl of there money with out giving ppl good customer satisfaction"

"Our stay here started wonderfully! Great location in a neighborhood with walkable restaurants and shopping, friendly day staff, and the room was very clean. When we re turned to our room late that night after attending an event, it was noted that the toilet appeared to be leaking from the base. When I sat on the toilet, the seat twisted out from below me, beaking the seat off and breaking the bowl. We shut off the water supply to the toilet, as water was spraying everywhere. He would not let us use the bathroom in the office, blamed us for breaking the toilet, and told us to call 911 when we told him my leg was pinched and injured as the toilet broke underneath me. Needless to say, we we left with no choice but to check out and leave shortly before 1AM. What a nightmare! That man on duty had so many opportunities to act differently- letting us use the bathroom, for starters. He was rude, demeaning, and accusatory."

"Paper on walls was peeling off, there was no counter space for my toothpaste, toothbrush, and/or soap. The room service was horrible I had to ask for linen 3 times in the day and didn’t get it until 5 pm. The lady at the front had a nasty attitude when I asked if I could extend my stay for one more day before check out and I can’t even get in touch with the right people in regards to my deposit that I still haven’t received a month after my stay. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!"
