"The rooms were clean, price was right, beds were comfortable, and the people were nice. I would recommend somehow finding a way to put people who wanted to party on the lower floors and people who want to sleep on the upper floors. My current upstairs neighbors have been stomping on my ceiling for hours."
"1st issue was there are no closets or space to hang anything No peep whole in the door. No carpet floors so you can hear everything above below amd next to you. Plus : it Was clean and up-to-date"
"They basically scam me out of $87 because they charge me for a room for the next day even though I scheduled the day of and they would not give me the refund. They had rooms available the one I wanted to book but they would not give it to me so I had to double book and they would not give me the money and now it came back that Expedia was not able to do anything because these guys will not approve the refund even though I did not reuse the room .. do not book with these people. They're scoundrels and scammers"
"Not at all worth for the price, even though I didn’t expect much but it was a bad stay. No mirror/bathtub in the bathroom and water seems to be flowing towards the room. No microwave in the room and the squeaky bed made it hard for us to sleep. Definitely not recommending this place."
"We had a very good experience, and it was a great value for the price/location. Although the outside of the building does look a bit worn (typical Chicago,) the actual rooms were updated, bright, and modern. You could tell that there had been recent remodeling. We are both very tall, so the higher ceilings and shower heads were a nice surprise. We stayed for about a week, and the staff was very kind and helpful. There was no issue with extending our stay as needed. The location is also near to connections to the brown and red lines."
