"Ran late for appointment. They consented to see my dog anyway, asked me to get her medical records and then decided they couldn't see her because we ran out of time. Why consent to treat her to begin with? Complete waste of time. Totally dissatisfied with the service received here."
"Everyone took great care of our babies! We had appointments Saturday morning for two of our dogs who tend to get nervous when it’s time to go to the vet and throughout the entire visit everyone was kind and understanding. They received great care and patience. Dr. Simon was able to answer any questions we had, offered recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to make sure both of our dogs received the care that they needed."
"The larger female vet (didn’t catch her name because I couldn’t imagine speaking to her any longer than necessary) was incredibly rude. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and in a very condescending manner. She was not helpful at all, and didn’t seem to be happy to be there. I had to call Westside Animal Hospital to get actual help and from now on, I’ll be going there because I couldn’t imagine being treated like that again. The vet techs are amazing and very helpful. However that vet completely ruined my experience there and disgusted me to the point I can’t imagine supporting that clinic. 5 stars for vet techs. 0 stars for that vet."
