"Dr. Vanderford is an angel in disguise! He’s truly gifted when it comes to both treating and calming animals. My chiweenie is extremely anxious and Dr. Vanderford had him so relaxed and put him right at ease. He also properly diagnosed my dog with CDA which answered so many questions about his hair loss (a totally different vet clinic insisted it was mange) this staff is a godsend!"
"They are always so nice here! I have a pet.are plan for my kitten it's only 55 bucks a month and all visits plus tests are covered. The only thing I've paid for is his medication."
"Everyone was nice. However, I went there to have a mass removed from my babies neck. I had one removed by an older doctor a year ago at another vets office. and he made a 1.5 inch incision. This doctor cut my baby on an angle with a 6 inch incision. the horrible suture job brought me to tears. I asked for the manager to call me last week and no response. I am so hurt and disgusted with the facility. I also emailed Corporate again no response. I guess my money has no importance hear."
"The staff was extremely professional and friendly. My dog had a hard time leaving my side, but they assured him in all the doggy ways possible and he ended up walking out with them. 10 minutes later he was back and happy as can be. They get my 5 stars for that assurance alone. The facility is clean and neat and easy to navigate through. Great job guys!!"
