"I just began taking all three of my puppies to Banfield hospital. I started off with my two boy dogs and then I adopted a girl dog she a contracted kennel cough with my other dog I took them to the vet didn't realize that my Wellness Plan did not include prescriptions so I had a bill. Long story short because I didn't pay the bill that day and told them I would come back on Friday when I got paid I was not prepared for vet emergency. On Friday I had to go to work because my co-workers had been fired so I called the hospital let them know I had to cancel the appointment and I will reschedule and I also told her about the other dog that was having a problem now and the only thing she can say before she even addressed my dog's problem was you have bill..I I was very upset that all they were concerned about the bill and didn't seem to concerned about my dog's bloody mucous. I dont know if it's because I am African-American and most of their clients are not. I'm canceling my plan and going elsewhere."
"Love our experiences here! They're always so excited to see my dog & take such good care of her, while making sure I always know exactly what they're doing with her & being thorough in their care. We use their monthly pet wellness program & this has covered all her necessary puppy vaccines & spay surgery, as well as unlimited visits as needed & her monthly flea/tick/heartworm trio."
"The love and attention they show to my dog is unmatched. They always greet my dog with such happy and positive vibes. My dog is a very nervous baby and he loves his momma but I am always happy to leave him in their care. I will always come back, especially this location with my dog now and any dogs I get in the future. Stetson loves all the staff here and I could not be happier with the service and love they provided."
