"This CVS has been remodeled in the last few months. Unfortunately, it now only has self checkout. There also seems to be a lot less merchandise available since the remodeling."
"I had a paid appointment for a Covid test at 11:30 and got there at 11:25. But they told me the system was broken. I'm upset they didn't tell me before I came. They said I could get my money back in 5-7 business days or go to a different CVS, but those places are too busy to take walk-ins. This was a really bad and annoying experience at CVS."
"THE WORST Pharmacy in the area. Not sure how these people in the pharmacy got into medical profession. The process is so broken, they can’t fill a prescription properly or communicate that they are unable to fill a prescription. They never answer the phone. For heaven’s sake these people need to quit their job and go, without torturing poor patients. I see only bad reviews for this location, is CVS going to take any action at all?"
"Wafa who works in the pharmacy was great! She was very friendly and super helpful. She recommended flavoring my kids medication with bubble gum because all of the kids like that flavor. She was also thoughtful and included stickers with his bag of medication."
"My doctor phoned in two scripts for me yesterday. I just drove over there to pick them up and was told they weren’t ready. When I asked why, i was told they are short-staffed. This isn’t the first time that my scripts have been delayed. I don’t know if this location is going under but the customer service is definitively sub par."
