"No pets?! I stayed at a different hotel same brand/ company… and they allowed my dog !!! What’s that about?! Also children are more Destructive than my well behaved support animal! Anyways glad I left after reading the awful reviews about NO HOT TUB!! Common owner… it’s worth fixing and making your guests happy!!! Don’t be so cheap! SMH"
"The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! Exactly the kind of person you want to greet you when you're away from home. He was personable and welcomed everyone warmly. He was great with suggestions of where to eat and was happy to accommodate me with anything I needed. I would definitely and highly recommend staying here."
"Absolutely love this place. It's extremely clean and staff is remarkable. An example of this is a gentleman working the night shift named Keith. Went to guest service to get some coffee and see if my son can borrow a pen for a bit. With this, I experienced the most heartwarming act of kindness by him giving my son a super hero pen to keep (not just an average hotel type pen). He needed a pen to finish his drawing that he's been working very hard on. He's only 7, so it made his night! It's beautiful how something so small can have such a huge impact on someone. I absolutely love this place for their great and very clean atmosphere as well as their beautiful staff. This is our first time staying here, and it was definitely not a disappointment. Thank you Keith."
"The rooms are clean and updated, and do not look beat up like a lot of hotels. No smells, and having the kitchen is nice. Not having a restaurant onsite sucks, but there are so many choices within 15 minutes it isn't necessary. Gym was clean as was the pool"
"I can’t say enough good things about my stay, the staff and the hotel itself. We stayed for 10 days while in town for work. Every single person at the front desk were nice, helpful and just great. The rooms are the cleanest I’ve seen. And the size is great. Bathroom water pressure is great with lots of hot water. One of the best things during our stay was house keeping. They came in every other day, made our bed along w/ new sheets, fresh towels, took out the trash, washed the dishes & cleaned the entire room. I even left a few things at the hotel and they were kind of to call me and let me know. I will stay at this Hilton property anytime I am in the area."
