"The staff here was absolutely amazing. I had some issues with my room blockings b/c every staff member I spoke to, 5 I might add, never relayed my contact information when it came to booking them. I finally was able to get ahold of the manager Eric & he literally saved my day 100%. He made sure to stay past his time off to ensure the blockings were done. Eric & Jake, you guys did amazing! Thank you so much!"
"The rooms were the cleanest I have been in for a long time. Bulbs in the vanity light were burned out. There was a large light just outside our window with only sheets for window covering. There was no way to block out the bright light. We had booked a handicap accessible room because our son is in a wheelchair and cannot use his lower extremities. The pictures showed roll in showers but our room was not accessible at all. They had put a shower chair in the tub but there was no way for a paraplegic to get into it. There were no grab bars near the toilet. It always amazes me how very little hotels truly understand about persons with disabilities."
"We were here for a Jehovah’s Witness convention and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean-big plus! The pool was clean-plus! The complimentary breakfast was so convenient. The front desk staff was so helpful especially Eric-he made sure to find me a safety-pin and saved my day! House keeping did such an amazing job. My family and I will definitely hope we can stay here again. Thank you!"
