"This is by far THE WORST experience I’ve had with a vet. I brought my 10 years old son’s guinea pig because he was doing a weird noise this morning. The doctor told me it was an upper respiratory infection and an eye infection but he NEVER said it was bad or anything. I called 5 times to tell them the guinea pig was not eating and I was worried. They said they would call me back to tell me what I could feed him, as what they suggested would be delivered 2 days later. I called to let them know he was lethargic and wouldn’t eat or drink water, the last time the girl who picked up the phone was rude and told me she would call me when the doctor responded to her. 3 hrs later from the last call the guinea pig died and my son is broken hearted. Apparently they do not care about the animals"

"Super nice staff! It is hard to find a good exotic pet vet and this is the place! They helped my bearded dragon Lou with a pretty nasty eye infection. You can really tell how much everyone here loves animals and wants to help. Dr Martin was very kind, gentle and informative."
