"Formerly a customer of CityVet Frisco, I had to find a new place once that facility stopped boarding… CityVet Phillips Creek became that place. Since CityVet shares a computer system, my transition and transfer of pet records were seamless. This is the second time I’ve boarded my dog at CityVet Phillips Creek; this time he was boarded, groomed, given a shot, and I picked up meds after his boarding. All of the employees I encountered were extremely courteous and professional with a particular mention to Molly and Melissa who fielded my many phone calls. This is definitely my new place for one-stop shop for pet services!"

"I brought my 8 week old puppy for his first check up and it was so easy. The staff was very caring and kept Luca calm. Dr. Colquitt was also very calming and examined him in a professional way. I left with a very contented puppy who had no idea he had received any vaccinations. I purchased the puppy plan and am very happy with its benefits to keep my puppy healthy. As a follow up, my puppy is now 6 months old and was neutered and microchipped last week. Everything went very well and I opted for the additional laser treatment and body jacket for him. The healing has been amazing and the body jacket, which is like a baby onesie, has been a life changer. No cone of shame to wear which makes his life and mine so much easier. The doctor and staff couldn’t be more caring and answered any of my questions and concerns. I’m very happy to continue working with them knowing they have Luca’s best interests in mind."

I felt comfortable going to another CityVet location due to their exceptional service and I'm so happy they did. CityVet Phillips Creek was great! Their rate is comparable to other boarders which makes it that much better because your pets/loved ones are in the care of a veterinarian. I was also able to have her groomed before coming home. CityVet Phillips Creek took great care of my Lily. I will definitely continue boarding and grooming with them."
