"We brought our cat Meredith here last night when he developed a respiratory infection and stopped eating. The vet and our tech, Dylan, were extremely kind and explained everything to us thoroughly. Most importantly, they were SO sweet and patient with Meredith, even when he was totally over being poked and prodded while feeling under the weather. His breathing has already improved and he started eating again shortly after we got home. The staff made a stressful situation bearable, and I’m so grateful to know that they’re available when our regular vet is closed. Thank you!!"

"Recently purchased a tea cup yorkie for my daughter, (sep 30) brought her in here same day we purchased just a few hours later to make sure she was healthy, she was very sluggish that day and having a hard time eating the food the breeder gave us. The vet said she looks healthy she just very young she estimated that she might be only 6 weeks old, she gave her first set of vaccine and dewormer shot and recommend we get her wet food, and to monitor her temps and to give her something to keep her blood sugar up every few hours. The next day she was good in the morning but by the evening she we noticed she was eating and even refusing to take the sweetener they recommend. So I rushed her back here for a follow up visit which should’ve been $80 I got there they said they need to give some kind of glucosest which would be an additional $50 and take her back in the exam room for a while. The doctor later came to room and explained to me that they would like to keep her for a few more hours for observation, and they had got her on a new food that she seemed to really like. I said okay and she told me to come back and pick her up at 10pm. I came back in around 9:30 the nurse told me she needs to run glucose test again but didn’t mention any additional charges. And than finally when she brought out the puppy she ran through everything they did and gave me a bill of $420 and mentioned she tried to call but no one answered. They said they found worms in her poop and that what was causing her to lose her appetite. But my first visit which was barley a day before was for de worker shots and vaccine which the new vet from the same location said she probably should’ve waited to get until she was at-least 3months old. And on top of all this she’s having the same symptoms again, not eating the prescription good they recommend and barley drinking water. Taking her to new vet and will never come back here again, the place is a rip off. Avoid if you can."

"I just have to say this place was amazing. We came in late lastnight, our dog was having an overdose on a medication. Dylan was our technician and he was absolutely amazing, he updated us regularly throughout the entire process and did his best to comfort our baby and us during this scary situation. The team stayed late to help us and a very sweet technician laid with her the whole time trying to calm her down. Our vet was very knowledgeable and gave us all of the information he could and did his best to explain everything that was happening. Again I just have to rave again about Dylan he was amazing. So glad we had a team like this to help our baby."

"My 18 and 16 year old took our pregnant dog here because it seemed that her labor was not progressing after several hours of leaking fluids. I was out of town and unable to be there. It was after hours and while I understand prices are higher for this, I feel this establishment was trying to push for expensive services without being able to answer questions thoroughly. We were charged $99 for an exam and $330 for an X-ray where they identified 3-4 puppies, said they couldn’t confirm if they were alive and recommended a $4000 c-section because they were out of pitocin to help stimulate labor. We opted to take our dog home. We were told if she did deliver the puppies likely wouldn’t be alive. Overnight she delivered 2 living, healthy puppies. We were concerned that only 2 puppies were delivered so I took her to our family vet where another x-ray was performed and showed no other puppies, and the exam and X-ray only cost me a total of $125 compared to $430. I feel like they tried to frighten my children into believing the puppies were going to die without the c-section, which turned out to be completely unnecessary, even calling them on their way home to try and get them to come back and offering unrealistic payment plans. Please avoid this place."

"I can not speak highly enough of this place. We took our beautiful 15 year old Golden Retriever in today as her health had deteriorated badly and we had to make the hard decision to say goodbye. ALL the staff were amazing. So empathetic. We never felt rushed. The excruciating pain of having to say goodbye to our fur baby was made tolerable by the complete team. Thank you so much to you all for your compassion with us today."
