"WOW!! I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kahan and his staff. The level of professionalism and their patience to try to get Grumpee comfortable before attempting to do any blood testing/ exams was extremely impressive. I’m very used to dreading vet visits as much as she does because all vets are so quick to show irritation with her discomfort/ aggression and immediately revert to a muzzle but Dr. Kahan worked to make her comfortable before automatically trying a muzzle. We were able to draw blood, do an exam, and get vaccines all with some can cheese haha! My dog definitely does NOT like strangers by any means so watching her let them pet her annd eating cheese out of his HAND was very impressive. Everyone was extremely friendly and they genuinely cared about her stress levels. Will definitely be back and call this location our vet going forward."
"Quick, efficient, and kind for our first visit for a vaccination. We arrived early by a couple minutes, they were sensitive to the fact my pup has a lot of anxiety and let him stay with me, gave him an agreeable and friendly hug with a smile, and the shot was all over with us out the door before the appointment time was even on the clock. Super service!"
"My dog has never loved going to the vet. He absolutely hates it and it brings us both anxiety going in. Mind you, he’s going on 3 and he’s been going to Easyvet since he was 8 weeks old. That was until we started going on weekdays and met Dr. Kimberly Reid. She has taken the time to get to know Ollie and really work with him on gaining his trust as well as reassuring me. He’s not the easiest when it comes to a check up but she has never once just given up on him or has made comments to me about his behavior. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing and always makes sure to make me and Ollie feel welcome everytime we go in! Just recently he has started going up to everyone and letting them pet him so I feel progress has been made even if it’s been slow to get to where we are."
