"This was just another disappointing experience from a declining store chain. I went here looking for pants. Naturally, the dressing rooms weren't open. I really liked the pants I was holding, so I rolled the dice. Got home only to find they didn't fit, so I had to drive the 10 miles back only to have to stand in a ridiculously long line because there's only 1 cashier. I'm not sure why I keep trying to shop here, knowing full well that they don't care about their customers."
