"Greg one of the managers is beyond rude! Ordered a door that came in wrong 3 times and the next time it came they delivered it to me for free because of all the useless trips I made. They left me a damaged door! I loaded it up and they tried to blame me however the delivery guy admitted that it was damaged when he left it. Greg argued with me about a refund as I was completely done at this point and just wanted to go somewhere else. It took over 2 hours to convince them to give me the money back and I had to get loud to do it. Cannot believe they would give me a damaged door and try and force me to accept it! Had it not been for an honest delivery guy I’d be screwed! Greg told me he wasn’t supposed to say anything! That guy is a shyster!"
"As Home Depots go, this is one of them. Like most Home Depots, in my experience, this one seems to have poor inventory control, as the actual stock seldom matches the app or website. When I was here during the day, the interior sermed unusually dark. I heard an employee mentioned something about a problem with the lights, you'd think they would have the parts and labor to fix that kind of thing here. I find it odd that the vehicle loading area is chained off and they don't seem to like vehicles going in there, so I'm not exactly sure why it's there."
