"Literally the WORST dunkin I have ever been to. They are so slow, I go to dunkin a lot, was in town today decided to stop at this dunkin in bettendorf iowa, It was a bad experience, very very very slow. Coffee didn’t taste right. They didn’t have the orders in line right. Nothing! their donuts are dry and looked like a 2 year old frosted them… Employees were very rude as well. I would not recommend! Starbucks is down the street might be a little more expensive but it’s worth it!"
"Donuts are good but they got my order all wrong, I ordered online and ordered a cold brew with sweet cream foam, they put the sweet cream on the other drink in my order which left out the whip cream and caramel (my mother was looking forward to it) and they poured hot coffee over ice, tasts watered down and gross, also switched our Donuts. Would not suggest leaving untill you've checked your order completely."
"Nice location, I frequent here since it’s the Dunkin nearest me, and a good middle ground between a McDonald’s coffee ($) and a Starbucks coffee ($$$). There’s two girls I often see working the window, and they’re both very kind and considerate. I’ve had to go strawless the past week because I got my wisdom teeth out, and they’ve put cute little drawings on the strawless lids. ❤️"
"I don’t understand why every single time (no matter the location) your order at Dunkin is different. NO consistency across flavor, size, taste. Went through the drive thru and we ordered 2 medium iced coffees with cold foam… but we left with lukewarm coffee and no cold foam. We instantly drove off to another coffee shop in the Quad Cities; that will be getting a 5 star review. I also was surprised the cashier didn’t question the coffee that she was handing us, as there’s no doubt that they didn’t know it was old stale coffee."
"FAVORITE DUNKIN I HAVE EVER GONE TO. THE PEOPLE ARE THE NICEST AND SO UNDERSTANDING. This one girl we see all the time has actually put in our order before we even got in the store because she remembered exactly what we ordered! Never have had that happen before! We go out of our way to go to this Dunkin every single time. Love love LOVE this Dunkin!"
