"Had a good selection but was either a man-down or just no urgency so after 30 minutes we left empty handed."
"I called them up today, and told them the filter was broken, and described the piece that you lift out and empty. Thought that was a pretty good description, but the clerk didn't seem to understand what I was talking about. We got to the point of referring to it as the "basket" but still, they seemed to be confused, and uncertain of the piece or if they could do anything. How are people working at a pool supply store and not understand what part you're talking about when you mention filter you pull up and dump out, or the basket? The staff seems 100% unknowlegdable about what they're even selling. I was also hung up on before we were done."
"I just returned some items that I bought with cash a few days ago. I was told by the “general manager” David that I would have to wait to receive a corporate check in 10 days. Their refund policy says if the purchase was over $100, it would require a corporate check. My purchase was under $100. DAVID was very unprofessional and RUDE to me. He had a dirty look and tone with me as soon as I walked into the store with a bag. I will NEVER return to this store because of HIM. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone."
"This location is trash. I dropped off a $1,500 pool cleaner that's barely a year old. After close to 6 weeks later i get a call from 'new management' with an estimate of $500 to fix it because the gears have been ground down by sand. If the pool cleaner had done it's job there wouldn't be enough sand to cause damage to a 'state of the art' pool cleaner. I have a very nice pool surrounded by grass and a weekly pool guy that cleans the pool. This Leslie's is a dumpster fire. Avoid it at all costs. They're just looking for ways to stick it to"
