"As a customer service supervisor I feel Kohls lack what real customer service experience is. Harassing customer's it not a great experience someone wants to experience every time they come into your business. I experience an older lady inform an employee that they didn't want to sign up for a credit card and the employee wouldn't take no for an answer. One thing I stand by is integrity which is lacking at Kohls. No means no at any giving time. I refused to stand with a company whose willing to take advantage of anyone just to get a sale and that's why I happily walked away."
"Went in to return some amazon purchases on 11/02/2023. The girl that did the returns was absolutely rude from the get go. I told her that I have never done this before and I apparently downloaded a ups bar code, she got snappy and I asked if she could do it and she has a rude response. Told me to bring her my phone as if I was her kid, but she was nice to the lady behind me and I wonder if that has to do with the fact that the lady was white and I'm not. I won't return to this store again to return anything or to shop, I'm in retail and also a manager and I would never treat someone like that. I have a good relationship with all my customers and some that I have become very good friends with outside of work. If she hates her job that much then maybe at home job would be best for her."
"Person at front desk wasn't properly trained on returns, specifically doing a return with a card. They only knew how to do the return with an ID. This of course gives the lowest possible price for an item in the return period which was significantly lower than I paid for the item. 1 star for the procedures and training. Not upset with the employee, simply the lack of training given."
