"I was in there recently and the cashier was overly pushing for the credit card I told her no thanks about 4 times! Then she said it’s 15c for a bag I told her I don’t need the bag, I was ignored! I told her I want to use my rewards 9$! IGNORED. Really rude to not only be pushing the credit card over and over but charge me for a bag I said no too and not using my rewards when told repeatedly I’d like to use my rewards."
"I went to old navy today and the cashier asked me if I would like to purchase a bag for. 15 cents! I said no thanks after spending $87.00 and you want to charge me? The bag should have come with the merchandise. Old Navy, consider changing this or you will loose business."
"I understand that is part of the employee’s workflow to promote opening a credit card but I do not like the aggressive pushing to sign up. I felt like I was in an argument today with the cashier who is also store manager. Once you say no you should be able to move on with your transaction. I shouldn’t feel like I need to explain why I don’t want another credit card. Once I said no a third time she basically stone faced me and threw my clothes in the bag. I said thank you and she acted like she didn’t hear me and looked away. There wasn’t another person behind me so no rush. I just felt it was really rude. Not pleased with that level of customer service."
"Good store. Clean. My only complaint, cheaper prices online. I drop the kids. They try stuff on then check phones and 40% off online. Personally I would rather buy from store. But 40% on 5 fifty-two dollar jeans is just over $100 savings. Maybe I didn't ask to match online? Anyway nice store good service. Love their credit card."
