"I randomly bought a belt here and experience some of the best customer service ever. I was meandering throughout the mall and decided to find a new belt. At 10 minutes before close I walked into Buckle, self-conscious about entering so late. Instead of receiving sneers, I was warmly welcomed by the employees, who showed me the belts. They were so friendly and helpful. Most my interaction was with Myriam (who was awesome!), but other employees were great too. I bought the belt, then realized days later that the buckle (pardon the pun) was too big (aka my gut was too big ;). I had to return it, and again - Myriam and all the staff were super-friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I've worked retail before and know it can be thankless. I've also been to fancier establishments than Buckle and received attitude for briefly glancing 20 minutes before close. The service and kindness of the staff at Buckle was so unexpected and top-notch. I am sincerely impressed. I really hope these individuals are getting the raises they deserve. Any establishment should be proud to have a team like this. I'm not in Buckle's target market, but I wish all my shopping experiences were this delightful. Thanks Myriam and crew!"
"I love this place there’s always great employees to help! Unfortunately I went earlier today and at first Jennifer seemed really kind and helpful but when I went to pay out I did what I thought was 20 cash rest on card and noticed as she counted I has mistakenly given her 25 to which she didn’t say anything about and still put on the screen 20 cash. As she put it away I saw she placed the money in the drawer and when I called it out she laughed and handed it back. I was very disappointed and it makes me question how many other times this might’ve happened before."
"Stopped in just to browse real quick and was greeted by Jana who was very welcoming and had such a great personality and attitude. My wife and I were just looking around and the next thing you know we were trying on clothes and asking Jana for advice. She was on the spot when we needed her, looked for articles when we had questions on sizes. Ended up buying jeans and shirts for my wife and myself. Three hundred and sixty dollars later we were leaving the store super happy due to Jana's attentiveness and help. Love that store, will be back again soon!! Go shop there, great folks there. They're all aces!"
