"My wife and I been coming to the store for many years buying shoes we always use our Amazon discount even when the shoes are on sale buy one get one 50% off we get the discount on top of the 50% when we were there and we asked for it the girl was very rude about it and the guy that was working with her. Nobody asked us at any time when we were at the store if we needed help with anything or any particular size I style shoe, my wife or my children But when I came for check out era rude the whole time when I asked for the extra 30% discount from Amazon they said you don’t get that much. I’ve been getting it for many years when we come there and buy her shoes. They said you’re already getting them for by one get one 50% off I said but we still get our 30%. I said look in your book it even tell you She said no she was very rude. Her name was Kaley it didn’t print her name on the receipt that’s the name she wrote down. I asked for the guys name he wouldn’t give the name. I’m very unhappy with the service from the employees and the disrespect and how rude they were to myself my wife and my children I don’t recommend going to the store until the management fixes the issues with these people we been coming there for so many years and it’s the first time we’ve ever had a problem, they need to train these little kids how to talk to people"
