"I am disappointed. My order was ready to pick up during July 4th. So I called the store to ask them to keep the order for me until Friday. But then I got an email said that my order was canceled. So I called customer service to confirm, they told me that the system automatically canceled it , but I can still go pick it up. Finally, today is Friday . But Denton is really far for me , I don’t want to drive all the way there and something goes wrong. So I called the store again before I left to double confirm that I can still go pick up my order. They said yes! I went to pick up and left , but then got a text saying that I need to go back . I went back to the store again , they said I canceled the order they need to do repurchase again. But I told them I didn’t cancel it , it might be their system. They need me to repurchase , but I used the store gift card and I throw it away after that. Now that , they told me I can’t pick up the order and they will email me the gift card again within 48 hours for me to repurchase .I drove 45 minutes to come here ! And I called three times to confirm before I came to the store . I don’t understand why there is nobody extending the order or do something before I came or at least tell me not to come ."

"Great service, helpful employees! I found a great deal on pants and boxers, will come back for more! The cashier went out of her way to help find my rewards card since it had been a while since i had been in there, she not only found it but updated my information and helped me by giving me 10% off my purchase since i had not been getting my coupons via email since i had not had that email in a while, also signed me up to get text notifications and a store credit card so that i would be able to get 20%off my purchase, although u declined the offer i am glad she took the time to offer her help!"
