"We took my mom’s bicycle in for tuning. It didn’t need much, just air in the tires, tighten the kickstand, add some reflectors… Denton Bicycle Center treated her like royalty, chatted her up, made sure everything was just so, fixed everything on the spot, and then charged us an extremely fair price given the time and attention and quality work. Any local business that treats its seniors this way deserves 5 stars and all the business we can send their way. Thank you Denton Bicycle Center!"
"Rude the entire time, tried to make me pay $65 to put my bike in box so I could return it, and rude to my fiancé. I was initially sent here by UPS because they did not have a box that would fit a bicycle. I could tell from the beginning he (whoever was behind counter) was overwhelmed from 4 customers (including me). Although, we were all waiting patiently. When it became my turn, I explained to him what I needed, and he proceeded to be rude the entire transaction. He said come back Wednesday or Thursday “evening” to drop off the bike and it would be $65. Not realizing that “evening” meant before 6pm, I set an “appointment”. All for my bike being put into a box!!! I went to the store on my appointment day and noticed he closes at 6pm. At the same time, I get off of work at 6pm. Few days later, my fiancé goes in to get a box before he closes, he was laughed at and then told “Merry Christmas”. I’m guessing from my experience with him a few days earlier. 10/10 do NOT recommend."
"Ordered my bike thru trek and went to pick it up. They helped me put it on my rack and later that day when I had a problem with the seat post, they told me to come in and they’d do it. They fixed it in 5 minutes and didn’t charge me. I will definitely continue to use them for all future needs!"
