"We bought our home in February 2023 from Rausch & Coleman, since the beginning to the end R&C were very helpful in all the aspects. Now after our 1st year, I would like to said very good Quality home, minor issues that required attention and were covered by the warranty, customer service is always available. Ms. Rachel Whitmere, goes way beyond her duties to accomplish all the warranty claim from R&C. We strongly recommend Rausch and Coleman homes if you are looking for a great quality homes and great service."

"I bought my home 3 years ago. Last week the pipes busted causing backup into my home. I have called and emailed several times without a response. The customer service is lacking."

"buyer beware: this is what it looks like to own a 6 month old rausch coleman home. You can submit a warranty request everyday with zero responses and not use your shower for months. we still can’t use our bathroom in our own BRAND NEW home. we have black mold from this leak with two small babies! not to mention zero amenities and a horrible entrance sign. it is horribly disappointing. do NOT recommend. I’ve now waited a few months for them to fix this issue before resorting to writing a complaint but since they don’t care about fixing my home I no longer care about writing a negative review."

"This is from an employment standpoint. I went for an interview here and at first it started off great but they made it very clear they were in no rush to hire anyone right away. I said I understand and at that point we continued the interview process for an hour. I was told they really liked my prior experience and that they would be getting me setup up with another interview I even received their personal cell numbers at the end. It has been almost 5 weeks now and yet I never heard back. Mind you I texted the manager on their cell phone when my emails went unanswered. If I was not selected for the position that's fine but to avoid contacting someone back lacks the basic professional standards every company should have. I hope they do better in the future."

" I recently purchased a Rausch Coleman Home in San Antonio, TX. I will never work with Pete Mann (Field Manager) or Scott Myles (Construction Manager) again. I will never allow Pete Mann to manage the construction of any other home I may own in the future. Pete is careless and by the results, of which to this day I am still complaining on, he cares not about the work he was responsible for or of what is put in writing. The vendors chosen for the construction of my home were terrible and cheap. It appears they did the work with their eyes closed. Then the so called Field Manager failed to even take a look at the construction and progress. Originally I couldn't get Pete to respond to my emails all while Scott (his supervisor) too kept quiet until I involved the warranty company (2-10 Home Buyers Warranty). If someone would be please ask for all my emails sent to Pete Mann, Scott Myles, Victoria Washington, and Kimberly Edwards. Then the truth would be known and those involved would be exposed. All the issues I have been dealing with over this home are in writing, I have everything documented. Issues from appliances, paint, texture details, holes, cracks, trim, front siding, patio siding, outlets, switches, cable drops, bathtubs, water leakage, and more. I was deceived into buying this home and felt the overwhelming pressure to close sooner than later. Scott Myles is dismissive and quickly says no and when he finally agrees to a repair he too takes the cheap route by going to Walmart to buy "material" only to do the work himself. Anyone wonder why the homes are cheaply built, with so many mistakes, and falling apart? My statements here only touch the surface of the whole ordeal. Lastly, Pete and Scott are quickly trying to complete repairs so that I may sign off on items. Not happening. There is no quality in the work done by anyone at Rausch Coleman. I forcefully closed on my home on May 31st 2017 and it is now July 21st 2017 and still dealing with the mediocre work done in this house. As the home buyer I asked questions and usually never received a response even after multiple emails to multiple people. Rausch Coleman Homes' employees lack professionalism and communication skills. Rausch Coleman Homes lack quality and workmanship. Simply put Rausch Coleman Homes doesn't care about home buyers and will pay anyone that can hold a paint brush and hammer to build your over priced new home."
