"This is the 3rd time that I have come to this location in Cypress next to the Kolache Factory and the Michaels strip center. It clearly says you have a multi-tork ratchet set to help remove the water filter canister. Blonde haired young man in store was completely rude and to be honest, useless. Why promote/advertise a product and then not carry it? Customers would like to make sure the product is the right tool for the filter. Can’t do that if not in store. This store is not worth your time. Stay away."

"I go in for help regarding my Polaris 360 hose. The young guy, Pierson, tries to sell me vacuum hose as a replacement and tells me that’s all they have. I spend 2 minutes walking the store and find exactly what I need. I asked if he could check the swivels and hardware, he tells me his manager is the only one that does that. I know it’s hard to find good people, but c’mon. You could’ve had more business out of me by up selling the hose hardware."

"Do not purchase for this store. They do not honor their warranties. Kyle was no help. Purchased a T-Cell from the store and it failed just after a year (4 year warranty). The store told me anything over 30 days would have to be handled directly by Hayward. Hayward referred me a local service company, local service company referred me back to Leslie's, and the circle continues. I pay more for local service and support. If this is the service I am going to get, I might as well just order online."

"Excellant store. I had a Polaris pool sweeper giving me a problem for over a year. The store Manager Kyle was recommended to me. After speaking with Kyle a few minutes, I could tell he knew his stuff. I left my Polaris there and said just replace what is needed. You have my authorization to do whatever to fix. I had already spent $200 at another pool store with mediocre results. After 1 day Kyle says all fixed....you needed 1 part, that will be $6.00. Got home and dropped it in the pool. It immediately worked like it was brand new...Thank You! Amazing.. I appreciate this store's integrity and quick turn around. Very knowledgeable staff like most Leslie's stores. But this location exceeded all expectations!"

"'Kyle' was less than friendly or knowledgeable. I brought in my pump and was looking for fittings. I was told by Kyle that they didn't carry the fittings and that he had never seen a pump like mine in 15 years of pool salesmanship. (Whatever that means.) Get on Google and search 'spa pump frame 48'. You'll find a hundred different manufacturers of the same style pump. Kyle doesn't know what he's talking about. Went across 290 to the smaller Leslie's and the clerk there found the fitting after 5 min. He apologized for not knowing exactly what it was off the top. But the smaller store didn't have the fitting and I'm not going back to Kyle's. The difference between 'order it from Amazon for cheap and get it in 48hours' and an overpriced brick & motor store is the employees. You've got good employees at the small store and 'Kyle's at the big store. Another order to Amazon."
