"Just went in to this store on 5/28/22 at around 6:30 PM to look at a G-Shock watch they had for 149.95, I asked to see the watch. The slim young white guy that took the watch out of the display case did not hand it to me so I could see it. I told him I wanted to try it on and removed my G-Shock from my wrist, as I'm putting the watch on he stated "I'm just trying to get you to not run out with it". I told him I'm not running out for a 150 dollar watch, he looked at me and made a face like saying ok whatever. I wonder if I weren't Hispanic if he would of treated me differently? At the end of the day the location lost a sale of a watch for myself and one for my wife, they also lost a returning customer."

"Three people were employed there, but only one was actually working. The young lady with the shaved head who built my sons skateboard was fantastic. She could not have been more helpful and friendly. I regret that I can’t remember her name as I write this review. The other two employees were content to gossip and sit around while the store was full of unattended customers."

"Long time customer of Zumiez in Cypress, today my son rode his bike in to return a birthday gift, he had the receipt, and they told him he needed a Drivers license for any returns and refused to help him I also called and spoke to someone who said they were a manager who refused to fix the problem and give me his name Then hung up on me I have read Zumiez's return policy and the receipt prior to him going and that information is not listed anywhere. If you want to support a company that could care less about customer service then by all means keep spending your money there"

"I was there for no tax weekend and the people who work there wouldn't leave me alone they would constantly check up on me and my girlfriend and her family. And they also kept looking my way and honestly you would think that this is a good sign of customer seri I e but it really made me feel uncomfortable and feel like if they were only talking to me and watching me because we were stealing. I won't go back."

"I was there to buy some pants and shirts. The salespersons Catheryn and Tyson were sooooo helpful! They knew exactly what I was looking for and recommended a promotional sale, so I saved money!! Good service, good store, excellent quality! I'll buy my clothes there now."
