"Had bad experience with manager fake smile and fictional customer service voice. I coughed once and heard her mumble something while looking at me. Young lady with colored hair and the gentleman with tattoos, Only 2 employees that helped. I appreciate them. The upper management holly and Ron are corporate puppets when I called to complain."
"TERRIBLY Disorganized (Buy 2, get 1 free mixed with Regularly Priced Items), Limited Selection of Sizes and Actual Ticketed Prices LESS than Advertised Special Prices (5/$35 Items were Actually $3.99 & $2.99). After Having to *DISTURB the Store Associate to inquire, was Further and THOROUGHLY Confused when told that regardless of Ticketed Price, 5 Items WILL BE $35. (*The term "DISTURB" used loosely here: We were NOT Greeted, Offered Assistance or even Granted Assistance when Requested. When Information was given, it was inaccurate and incomplete. Associates were grossly engaged in Personal Conversation, Unapologetically, Inattentive and Unavailable throughout the ENTIRE Shopping Experience to the point that we were waiting at the Register for a couple of minutes before being Noticed and asked if we were "Ready?".... and we were the ONLY Customers Present. NOT a Very Good Representation of the Brand that we've come to Love and Appreciate! Seriously, VERY Near Leaving the store without Purchasing, but INTENTIONALLY drove in excess of 40 miles for the visit. Otherwise Pleased with our selection, but will consider shopping elsewhere if this Persists."
