"We stopped in and checked out the sale, it was OK the cashiers were great. Big store, fitting rooms were closed (bummer) found a few cute items."
"Yesterday I came into to get some clothes for my 2 years niece and this worker named rimas helped me a lot. She made me feel very welcomed and she helped me with everything the price the item selection and she helped me sign up for the rewards too. I will DEFINITELY come back to gap as long as she is there."
"Worst customer support i have ever experienced. Bough a pair of shorts. Went back to exchange for a different size. I was told sku of the new short has changed and asking for another $20. It os the same short!! I picked it up myself from the display. Cashier was very rude.will not go again."
"The store working hours was until 9pm. At 8:30, when my daughter wanted to try some pants we saw that the fitting rooms are closed. We talked to associates and we were told to try at a corner of the store. What an awful customer service and respecting. When I told them that the store is open and why the fitting rooms are closes, they answered it is alwsys like this. I never go there again unless they change their policy."
