"Brooks brothers have always come up to my expectations. My late husband used to buy their suits, dress shirts and polos. They looked classic, were comfortable and best in their materials. I still buy their lamb wool sweaters for my family members and they are awesome. Love them for their quality and will recommend it to everyone who want to buy clothes that never go out of style and best in quality."

"I was a frequent shopper of the Texas City factory store because Jeremy was over and abundantly helpful over the years. When that store closed, Jeremy contacted me and let me know to see this location. Will the store manager was very helpful and patient to help me find everything in my size and helped with fitting and style for suits and shirts. I highly recommend this location and am blown away by the level of service I get from all the BB locations. These two gentleman deserve high marks."

As a vet I’ve always been able to use military discount but here it’s only on full priced items. This is not the case at all the multiple stores I’ve visited in TX, FL, GA, TN. "Dear Sir/Ma'am, I went to one of your stores (Brook Brothers Outlet-Fairfield, Cypress, Tx.) today 1-26-2023 to make several purchases. For starters, I didn't feel welcomed to your store. My problem is I have been to this location several times in the past and made several purchases before with very positive results to include a military (30-years Air Force Retired Officer) discount for my purchases which made me feel I was a valuable customer, someone who moved to Texas for retirement. Today I shopped for several items again but was informed this particular location/store does not honor or do military discounts (only for full price items). This information came and felt as an insult to me, probably more so because one I already felt I was not welcomed there and two was because I saw/noted better treatment and customer service given to a couple of people who spoke a different language than English. And lastly the military discount was welcomed previously. I received a check yesterday and wanted to update my wardrobe but felt like this particular store was not interested in me spending my money or making any purchases at this particular location. Sir/Ma'am are my military retirement dollars not wanted in your stores? If so can someone help me please with a military discount for any future purchases? Thanking you in advance for your help in this matter."

"I had a terrible experience shopping in this location with one of the staffs. The lady (pic shown below) told me no 15% off discount because the promotion was ended last week. However, my friend shopped there earlier the same day( Mar 31) with 15% off discount. So I asked other staffs and was told the 15% off promotion is still on and I did check out with the discounted price. Also, the same lady charged me 9 dollars shipping for items ordered online to deliver to my home. However on the receipt, it shows "all merchandise ships free of charge". When I checked out with another staff, I wasn't charged for any shipping fee. This lady is so unprofessional and incompetent."
