"Worst Experience , Worst Customer Service I Was Treated Unfairly . I Wasn't Approached Correctly . I Walked in and everybody had there nose up as if they didn't wanna help me . I asked questions and response was limited they were looking at me crazy with no respect at all DONT RECOMMEND THEY ARE RUDE !"

"I used them as my FFL dealer and they're by far the worst I've ever used. I thought because they charged $40 for the transfer fee instead of the normal $25 it would be painless but no, the unprofessional woman behind the counter had to give me a headache every step of the way. I went there the day my rifle arrived and got half the paperwork done and she told me I'd have to come back in 10 days because of some new law. Ok that's fine, I come back 10 days later and she says before I even get to the counter "it's 10 business days". Ok kinda rude but sure, I come back on the 10th business day and all she does is lie about me and say I "set off red flags" because I came in multiple times before the 10 business day period and called them multiple times. Neither of which are true. I came in ONCE because I thought it had been 10 days, and I had never called them once. I told her this and she kept arguing with me, hey I guess she knows my life better than I do. I pulled up my call logs and tried to show her that I never called them but she didn't bother looking. At some point during our argument she said something along the lines of "it's up to me whether I can transfer this gun to you or not". I come from a military family I'm probably safer and have more experience with firearms than she is/does. So to sum it up, the unprofessional woman behind the counter insulted me, lied about me, then threatened to send my rifle back to the manufacturer. Don't even bother with these people they are very disrespectful to say the least. EDIT: they keep hiding my review and i keep having to repost it, how can a gun store be against the freedom of speech?"

"I have been in there several times. They have always been very nice and helpful no matter what I was there for, even if to just look around. I do not understand these negative reviews on here as they do not reflect my experiences at all. Whether I deal with Andrew, one of the nice ladies, or anyone else at the shop, they are always polite, patient, and helpful. Prices are tough to beat for a local shop whether they have to order it for you or have it in stock. Most of the time beating online prices if you remove tax from the equation and include the transfer fee. Best shop I have been to in town."

The staff are great and have helped me order things they don’t normally carry. Richard is always a wealth of knowledge. They helped us get set up and order our first suppressors. They always have some of the best prices on firearms and ammo in town."
