"Purchased my Impulse 120 kayak a few months ago. Paid for priority shipping and the kayak arrived within a week. Holly was very good at answering questions during the set-up process. I have an Oldtown autopilot136, and Oldtown predator 132. The Impulse is comparable as far as design without shelling out thousands more for similar kayaks. My 15 year old son is happy with the kayak. Thanks Hoodoo."

"Purchased a Hoodoo 120 pedal prop drive which I’m totally impressed by. They told me it would arrive in about a month and it came in on time. The delivery company brought it to my house in great condition except the drive system was missing. I called Hoodoo and they somehow found me a drive system for my yak. The Kayak is totally awesome with lots of features I didn’t expect. I purchased the last Impulse 120 in stock and later found out they were discontinuing that drive system in the Impulse 120. They no longer carry the drive system in stock. I’m a bit worried that they may not have replacement parts if I should need them in the future. Overall I have not put the yak in the water as of this post, still waiting on the drive system so I can’t give the kayak a rating yet. The drive system should arrive in a day or two. Thanks Holly! Update: After receiving the pedal drive they sent me, I have determined that I need to just return the item to hoodoo. They said it would cost about $500 to return the items to them. I decided to return the item personally. I asked if I would get a full refund and they commented yes. That makes me happy. Pictures of the drive system and how it was shipped are linked below. They threw a $500 dollar unit in a oversized box with no support or wrapping to keep it from being damaged. Look at all the holes in the box. This was the final straw for me."

"I had to write a review and let everyone know that Hoodoo Sports has been amazing in my experience! We live in SW Florida and were devastated by Hurricane Ian - our only way in and out to our house was by boat…before the hurricane we had already ordered a couple of Hero 130’s - and their shipping was delayed because of all of the damaged roads in the area. We desperately needed them in order to get in and out and start our rebuild before bridges were accessible - and the owner (Chris) was very gracious with shipping and re-shipping our items when they would get returned, changing shipping addresses to a non-affected area, etc. Since receiving the Hero 130’s, we’ve really put them through their paces and use them at least twice a day - fishing, transportation, sunrises, sunsets, etc. - and they have been extremely reliable and great versatile machines. We can’t say enough to thank Hoodoo for helping us out so much and to compliment the quality of their mini skiffs - what a blast on the water and what a way to reel in the big fish!"
