"Everything about this store is great but one thing. This experience was at the sister store, fanz. I went to return a hat that I had never worn. I got it as a birthday gift and it was the wrong size. The person I assumed to be the manager was the main person I had this experience with. His name is Austin and he might be the most unhelpful individual I’ve ever encountered in customer service. He refused to take my return and said there was nothing he could do. Austin is definitely hurting the potential of this business."
"The best cap store I have ever visited, if you are looking for good baseball or football caps , this is the place. I got two caps , a NFL cap ( City of Green Bay ) and an under armour cap , all are genuine goods and you can even customize embroidery on them ."
